Evereply is an AI employee for businesses: you train it on your own FAQs, documents, and website, and it answers your customers — on your website widget and, once connected, WhatsApp — using only what you taught it. When it doesn't know something, it captures the customer as a lead instead of guessing.
10-minute quickstart
1. Sign up
Create a free account at /login. No card required for the Free plan.
2. Your workspace and first assistant
Signing up creates your workspace (a tenant) and a first assistant (bot). Everything you train belongs to that assistant.
3. Add knowledge
From your assistant's dashboard page, add an FAQ, paste plain text, upload a PDF, or point it at your website to crawl. See Training your assistant for details on each source type.
4. Test it
Use the "Try it live" panel on the assistant page to chat with it exactly as a customer would, before anything goes on your real site.
5. Embed it
Copy the one-line embed snippet from the assistant page and paste it into your site. See Installing the widget.
What's next
Once you're live: watch conversations come in on your dashboard, jump in with human takeover whenever you want the personal touch, and connect WhatsApp when you're ready for a second channel. Plans and quotas are covered in Plans & billing.
